With a powerful blend of surfactants, solvent boosters, and a mild antimicrobial agent, it cleans deeply while remaining surface-safe. Suitable for spray, brush, or mop application, it works quickly with minimal agitation and rinses clean. Application Instructions:

Designed for use on walls, driveways, facades, building exteriors, roofs, eaves, balconies, and paths. Do not use undiluted on glass, polished metals, or solar panels.

Directions for Use:

1. Shake or stir the concentrate thoroughly before use.
2. Dilute according to the level of contamination:

– Heavy contamination: 1:10 (1L product to 9L water)

– General cleaning: 1:25 (400mL product to 10L water)

– Light cleaning or maintenance: 1:50 to 1:75 (200–133mL product to 10L water)

3. Pre-wet dried droppings if heavily encrusted.
4. Apply diluted solution using a brush, mop, or pump sprayer.
5. Allow to dwell for 5–10 minutes. Do not allow to dry on the surface.
6. Agitate with a soft brush if needed.
7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
8. Repeat process if necessary for stubborn residues.

Important Notes:

Do not apply and allow the product to dry on the surface.
Avoid application in full sun, on hot surfaces, or in hot windy conditions. Ensure weather conditions are suitable; do not apply if the surface temperature is below 10°C and raining. Do not apply if the temperature exceeds 30°C.
