Roof Restore Pro (On-site Mix System)

Roof Restore Pro is a two-part professional-grade roof cleaning system designed for maximum performance and stability. The concentrated base contains high-foaming surfactants, a quaternary biocide, penetrants, and degreasing agents. When combined on-site with 12.5% sodium hypochlorite and water, it produces a powerful softwash solution that rapidly removes mold, mildew, lichen, and grime from Colorbond, tile, and commercial roofing. Simply mix 200ml of concentrate with 2lts of sodium hypochlorite and 17.8lts of water to make 20lts of ready-to-use cleaner. Apply with a softwash sprayer, allow to dwell for 10–30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Ideal for professional exterior cleaners requiring high performance, long shelf life, and transport-friendly non-DG concentrate. Directions for Roof Washing Mix

• Never mix concentrate directly with sodium hypochlorite before dilution. Always add water first, sodium hypochlorite second and concentrate last.
• Mix 200ml concentrate with 2lts of Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% and 17.8lts of water to make 20lts of ready-to-use cleaner.
• Avoid letting the product dry out – reapply lightly in hot weather if needed
• Apply with a softwash sprayer, allow to dwell for 10–30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with low pressure.

Safety and Handling:

• Avoid inhalation of the vapor, prolonged skin contact, and particularly eye contact.
• Wear protective clothing to minimize skin contact and wear goggles where splatter is likely.
• Where spills occur, soak up liquid spillage with sand/sawdust and dispose of it sensibly.
• Do not permit runoff to sewer, stormwater, or open bodies of water.
• Wear protective footwear and seek assistance if necessary.
• Storage- no specific issues, store away from food and drink.

First Aid Measures:

Ingestion- If swallowed, wash out mouth with water. DO NOT induce vomiting. Drink at least two (2) glasses of water. Seek medical attention.
Eye – Wash with copious amounts of water for 15 minutes holding eyelid(s) open. Take care not to rinse contaminated water into the non-affected eye. Seek medical attention.
Advice to Doctor -Treat symptomatically.

Important Notes:

Do not apply and allow the product to dry on the surface.
Avoid application in full sun, on hot surfaces or in hot windy conditions. Ensure weather conditions are suitable; do not apply if the surface temperature is below 10°C and raining. Do not apply if the temperature exceeds 30°C.
