High Grip Soap is a high-viscosity, high-foaming softwash surfactant developed for professional exterior cleaning applications. It provides increased cling and extended surface contact, helping cleaning solutions remain on vertical and difficult-to-treat surfaces for longer.
Designed for use with sodium hypochlorite-based cleaning solutions, High Grip Soap produces a stable foam that improves coverage and makes it easier to see where the cleaning solution has been applied. Its concentrated formulation means only a small amount is required, making it economical for professional softwashing and exterior cleaning.

Where to Use
High Grip Soap is designed for professional exterior cleaning applications where additional foam and surface hold are required. It is particularly useful for roof cleaning, exterior walls, masonry, rendered surfaces and other suitable building exteriors.

Suggested Mix Ratios
General duty: 1:1000 with water
Extra cling: 1:500 with water
High Grip Soap is highly concentrated, so only a small amount is required to achieve effective foam and surface cling. Avoid excessive product addition, as additional surfactant does not necessarily improve cleaning performance.
Application & Use
High Grip Soap is designed to be added to professional softwash and exterior cleaning solutions where increased foam and surface cling are required. Add the required amount to the cleaning solution and mix thoroughly before application.
For general cleaning, use at approximately 1:1000 with water. Where additional cling and a heavier foam profile are required, such as on vertical walls, roof surfaces or difficult-to-wet areas, the concentration may be increased to approximately 1:500 with water.
Apply the prepared cleaning solution evenly to the surface using suitable softwash equipment. Allow adequate dwell time for the cleaning solution to work, while ensuring the surface remains wet. Do not allow the product or cleaning solution to dry on the surface.
Avoid excessive addition of surfactant. Using more High Grip Soap than required may produce unnecessary foam and can make rinsing more difficult without improving cleaning performance.
Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before treating the entire surface.
Safety and Handling:
• Avoid inhalation of the vapor, prolonged skin contact, and particularly eye contact. • Wear protective clothing to minimize skin contact and wear goggles where splatter is likely. • Where spills occur, soak up liquid spillage with sand/sawdust and dispose of in a sensible manner. • Do not permit runoff to sewer, storm water, or open bodies of water. • Wear protective footwear and seek assistance if necessary. • Storage- no specific issues, store away from food and drink.
First Aid Measures:
Ingestion- If swallowed, wash out mouth with water. DO NOT induce vomiting. Drink at least two (2) glasses of water. Seek medical attention. Eye – Wash with copious amounts of water for 15 minutes holding eyelid(s) open. Take care not to rinse contaminated water into the non-affected eye. Seek medical attention. Advice to Doctor -Treat symptomatically.
Important Notes:
Do not apply and allow the product to dry on the surface. Avoid application in full sun, on hot surfaces, or in hot windy conditions. Ensure weather conditions are suitable; do not apply if the surface temperature is below 10°C and raining. Do not apply if the temperature exceeds 30°C.

Such an outstanding product. My only 30 years of working with products, this High Grip Soap outperforms anything that we have used.
And it is so easy to rinse off. Other products which we have used have always taken us time to rinse down. We always use the recommended dosage as set out on labels and printed instructions.
Rinsing time between applications is now quicker and leaving no residual on roofs, walls etc is the most important part of any finishing when doing softwashing or pressure washing.
