Multi Purpose Degreaser Soap:

Degreaser Soap: Finally, a water-based product that works. It’s a multi-purpose liquid concentrate that breaks down the molecular bonds which hold oils together.

Longer Hangtimes:

Multi-Purpose Degreaser Soap has excellent foaming agents that offer more hang time on vertical surfaces. No additional foaming additives are required when applied to both vertical and lateral surfaces. We recommend that all surfaces be thoroughly rinsed, especially windows, after using Multi-Purpose Degreaser Soap because of its high foaming agents.

Multi-Purpose Degreaser Soap will not etch windows. Pre-watering of plants and landscaped areas is recommended as a precaution. When washing concrete that has oil/grease spots, it is recommended that the steps outlined in the Heavy Concrete Degreasing be performed first. Follow up with the General Cleaning step for cleaning the remainder of the concrete area.

HEAVY Concrete Degreasing:

1. Apply Multi-Purpose Degreaser Soap at full strength. Spray the affected area until the product has completely saturated the grease area. Allow Multi-Purpose Degreaser Soap to sit until almost dry. Agitate the affected area with a stiff broom until grease/oil begins to lift from the concrete.
2. Let the area dry and sit.
3. Pressure wash with medium pressure or surface cleaner and rinse well.
4. Re-apply a light mist of Multi-Purpose Degreaser Soap at full strength on the affected area and let it sit overnight.
** Note-. affected area can be wet or dry when applying

Heavy-Duty Cleaning:

1. Mix 1Lt Multi-Purpose Degreaser Soap to 5lts water.
2. Let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Pressure wash with medium pressure or surface cleaner, then rinse well.

General Cleaning:

1. Mix 1Lt Multi-Purpose Degreaser Soap to 10lts water.
2. Let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Pressure wash with medium pressure or surface cleaner, then rinse well.

**Use caution when spraying on or near aluminum. Test a small area before the full application

Important Notes:

Do not apply and allow the product to dry on the surface.
Avoid application in full sun, on hot surfaces, or in hot windy conditions. Ensure weather conditions are suitable; do not apply if the surface temperature is below 10°C and raining. Do not apply if the temperature exceeds 30°C.
