1. House Wash Mix

House Wash Mix

Applied before pressure cleaning to assist dirt, oil, moss and lichen removal. A high-grade product designed to release moss, lichen and minor deposits of grease and oil from various substrates, making subsequent pressure cleaning faster and more effective.

Moss Treatment

Biocide treatment and inhibitor of moss, lichen, algae and moulds, applied after cleaning and before priming.

2. Roof Pointing

Durapoint
Flexible pointing compound for use on bedding mortar, suitable for both old and new roof tiles.

3. Primer Coat

Primecrete
(essential)
Essential for adhesion of the coating system, surface sealer that reduces the absorption loss of subsequent finishes..

Apply on pressure washed, clean & dry surface 1 coat

4. Top Coat - Clear

Clear Coat (essential) in 20l pail
Clear coating to restore original look & tile & natural colour. 100% acrylic. Specifically designed to restore, rejuvenate and seal old and aged roofs to their former colour. It dries to a high-gloss clear finish. It is a highly durable flexible finish, formulated for excellent resistance in Australian and Tropical weather.

Apply on Primed surface 2 coats

5. Top Coat - Coloured

Coloured Coat (essential)
Coloured Coating to revive existing colour or new look to roof. 100% acrylic. Specifically designed to restore, rejuvenate and seal old and aged roofs to revive existing colour or to a new colour. It dries to a semi-gloss coloured finish. It is a highly durable flexible finish, formulated for excellent resistance in Australian and Tropical weather.

19L Tint Base in 20L pail mixed with 2L Colour Tint Pack, apply on primed surface
