HD Caustic Degreaser

Description

HD Caustic Degreaser:

A strong alkaline foaming heavy duty fragranced caustic cleaner and degreaser solution. It contains a mixture of surfactants and chelating agents for use in difficult cleaning applications for effective removal of heavy grease and oil stains on surfaces.

Mixing ratios:

Dilution for general, heavy duty degreasing:

1 part to 6-10 parts water.

Dilution for steam & pressure cleaning:

1 part to 10-60 parts water.

WARNING: Corrosive. May produce severe burns.

Attacks eyes and skin. Wear eye protection and protective gloves when mixing or using.

Caustic Degreaser will damage painted surfaces. Keep out of reach of children. Read label prior to using Caustic Degreaser

Clean all equipment with water after use.

SUPER HEAVY Concrete Degreasing:

1. Apply Caustic Degreaser at half strength. Spray the affected area until the product has completely saturated the greasy area. Allow Caustic Degreaser to sit until almost dry. Agitate the affected area with a stiff broom until grease/oil begins to lift from the concrete.
2. Apply a further coat to the area if needed.
3. Pressure wash with medium pressure or surface cleaner and rinse well.
** Note-. affected area can be wet or dry when applying

General & Heavy-Duty Cleaning:

1. Mix 1 part Caustic Degreaser to 6 -10 parts water.
2. Let sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
3. Pressure wash with medium pressure or surface cleaner, then rinse well.

Steam & Pressure Cleaning:

1. Mix 1 part Caustic Degreaser to 10 – 60 parts water.
2. Let sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
3. Pressure wash with medium pressure or surface cleaner, then rinse well.
**Use caution when spraying on or near aluminum. Test a small area before the full application

Important Notes:

Do not apply and allow the product to dry on the surface.
Avoid application in full sun, on hot surfaces, or in hot windy conditions. Ensure weather conditions are suitable; do not apply if the surface temperature is below 10°C and raining. Do not apply if the temperature exceeds 30°C.
