Pre-wet and cool the surface with water. Generously spray the diluted product onto the surface. For best results, use a foam applicator, as high-quality foam improves contact time. Allow the product to dwell on the surface for 15-30 minutes, or until the concrete has turned to paste. Do not let the product dry on the surface. Reapply if the concrete hasn’t fully turned to paste. Once it has, rinse thoroughly with high pressure.
Apply in a cool, shaded area away from the wind to allow longer dwell times and achieve better results. Although this product is not considered corrosive to metal, always test a small area first. Do not mix with sodium hypochlorite (bleach) or any chlorinated cleaners.
Please Note: For extreme buildup, reapplication may be required.
Dilution Ratios:
- Old concrete: 1 part solution to 1 part water
- Fresh concrete: 1 part solution to 3 parts water
