1. House Wash Mix

House Wash Mix

Applied before pressure cleaning to assist dirt, oil, moss and lichen removal. A high-grade product designed to release moss, lichen and minor deposits of grease and oil from various substrates, making subsequent pressure cleaning faster and more effective.

Moss Treatment

Moss Treatment

Biocide treatment and inhibitor of moss, lichen, algae and moulds, applied after cleaning and before priming.

2. Roof Pointing

Durapoint
(where required)

Flexible pointing compound for ridge caps, hips and other applicable roof tile areas. Suitable for use over bedding mortar on both existing and new roof tile installations.

Apply to a clean, dry and suitably prepared surface in accordance with the current Technical Data Sheet.

3. Primer / Sealer Coat

Select the appropriate primer/sealer according to roof condition


Roof Sealer
For sound concrete roof tiles requiring sealing prior to application of the roof membrane. Helps consolidate and seal the surface, providing a suitable foundation for subsequent top coats.

Primecrete
General-purpose acrylic primer/sealer for porous concrete roof tiles. Reduces surface absorption and provides a suitable foundation for subsequent roof coatings. Quick Dry version available for winter and cold-weather application conditions.

Combo Primer Hi Build
High-build primer/sealer for weathered and porous concrete roof tiles where additional filling and surface build are required prior to top coating. Quick Dry version available for winter and cold-weather application conditions.

Levelcoat (where required)
High-build levelling coating for badly weathered, worn or pitted concrete roof tiles where additional surface levelling is required before application of the top coat. Quick Dry version available for winter and cold-weather application conditions.

Note: Quick Dry (QD) products are intended for use during winter and colder application conditions. Standard products should be used under normal application conditions.

4. Top Coat - Coloured

Duramembrane
Premium 100% acrylic roof membrane specifically designed to seal, restore and rejuvenate old and aged concrete roof tiles, providing a highly durable and flexible coloured finish. 2 coats over the appropriately prepared and primed surface.

Duramembrane Low Sheen Premium 100% acrylic low-sheen roof membrane specifically designed to seal, restore and rejuvenate old and aged concrete roof tiles where a lower-sheen coloured finish is preferred. 2 coats over the appropriately prepared and primed surface.

Winter application: Quick Dry (QD) versions are intended for winter and colder application conditions. Standard products should be used under normal application conditions.
