Bitugrease-X ULTRA Concentrate is a powerful, professional-grade degreaser designed to lift and remove heavy grease, oil, and industrial grime from bitumen, asphalt, and hard surfaces. Formulated with biodegradable surfactants and safe solvents, it delivers high-performance cleaning without damaging sensitive surfaces. Non-DG and safe for transport, this concentrated formula is ideal for both industrial and commercial use.

Application Instructions

Bitugrease-X ULTRA Concentrate is suitable for manual or mechanical application. It can be used on driveways, carparks, loading docks, workshop floors, machinery areas, and other heavy-duty industrial environments where grease and oil build-up are present.

Dilution:

– Heavy grease/oil removal: Dilute 1 part product with 5 parts water
– Medium duty cleaning: Dilute 1 part product with 10 parts water
– Light general cleaning: Dilute 1 part product with 20 parts water

Application:

– Apply solution to the dry surface using a mop, brush, low-pressure sprayer, or automated equipment.
– Allow 5 to 10 minutes dwell time. Do not allow product to dry on surface.
– Agitate with a stiff broom or mechanical scrubber if needed.

Rinsing:

– Rinse thoroughly with clean water using a hose, pressure washer, or suitable rinsing system.
– Repeat application for stubborn or embedded grease/oil.

Surface Compatibility

– Safe on asphalt/bitumen, concrete, sealed stone, pavers, and metal surfaces.

– Always test on a small inconspicuous area before full-scale application.

Rinsing & Residue

After application, rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water.

Precautionary Statements:

• Wear protective gloves and eye protection.
• Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
• IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

First Aid:

Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water. Remove contact lenses if present. Continue rinsing.
• Skin: Wash with soap and water.
• Inhalation: Move to fresh air.
• Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice immediately.

Storage & Disposal:

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area in sealed container.
• Do not mix with acids or other chemicals.
• Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.

Important Notes:

Do not apply and allow the product to dry on the surface.
Avoid application in full sun, on hot surfaces, or in hot windy conditions. Ensure weather conditions are suitable; do not apply if the surface temperature is below 10°C and raining. Do not apply if the temperature exceeds 30°C.
